Individual Therapy
$130* per 50 minute session
Ready to experience relief just by starting the process of counseling?
Your first intake session will consist of identifying the past and present of what is contributing to the current stressors. Your sharing and openness will be received with compassion, support, and empathy. At the conclusion of your first session, we will work together to identify goals and a plan for working together to progress forward. Many clients report immediate relief after just one session and scheduling the next.
Therapy is not a “one size fits all” here are a few of the approaches we use:
- Coping Skill Building – Learning tools you can use to help
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy – Helping thoughts influence feelings
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) – Trauma processing therapy
- Trauma informed guilt reduction (TrIGR)- Reducing Guilt
- Dialectical Behaviors Therapy (DBT) – Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance and Emotion Regulation

Couples/ Family Therapy
$200 per 75 minute session
Tired of having the same argument? Lets change the pattern together!
Through the use of Gottman techniques we provide strategies for couples to improve their mental, emotional, and physical connection. After intake, the therapist remains neutral to teach techniques and facilitate practice in healthy communication.
For the best outcomes, couples therapy is recommended secondary to all people in the relationship participating in their own individual counseling with other providers.
The official Gottman assessment and results are available for $50 per couple. It provides an informed approach on recommendations for improving relationship communication.
Consultation/ Supervision
$40 for 60 minute Group or $50 for 90 minute Group
Individual $100 for 50 minutes
Our team can provide consultation for licensed clinicians working on complex cases, interns working towards new licensure and EMDRIA trained counselors working towards certification.
Grow and build your confidence, clarify the confusion, ask the hard questions and work through personal challenges as you work towards your goals.
